To register for the Super A program, please download the Application & Instructions document and submit the completed forms to our office by fax or regular mail. Refer to the appropriate checklist below to avoid delays during the application process. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

If you are an agent, please use the last application form in the list below. If you have not worked for us before as an agent, please contact us directly.

Application Checklist for New Students
Students who currently reside in a foreign country and will require an F-1 Student Visa; or students who need to change their visa to F-1
  1. Complete the application form (page 4~7)

  2. Provide a copy of your valid passport The passport must be valid.
  3. Submit financial certification, less than 6 months old, from your or your sponsor's bank indicating a minimum balance of US $8500.
  4. Complete the affidavit of support if you are sponsored by your family, another individual or organization.

Application Checklist for Transfer Students
Students who already have an F-1 Student Visa
  1. Complete the application (page 4~6)

  2. Complete the ASC transfer notification form signed by your previous school's international student officer. Note: Please come to our main office to get the transfer form. Don't transfer to our school before you fill or submit the application at our office
  3. Submit financial certification, less than 6 months old, from your or your sponsor's bank indicating a minimum balance of US $4500
  4. Complete the affidavit of support if you are sponsored by your family, another individual or organization

who will not need an F-1 Student Visa

Application Checklist for Initial Students from Agents
For students who currently reside in a foreign country, will require an F-1 Student Visa, and are working with an ASC-approved agent.

Application Deadline:

ASC must receive all required documents four weeks prior to the beginning of a session to ensure sufficient application and I-20 processing time.

If applying internationally, we strongly recommend you request us to send your acceptance package via express courier (at an additional cost of $100).
