GRE Exam Preparation
The Graduate Record Examinations (GRE) General Test measures students‘ verbal, quantitative, and analytical skills that are not related to any particular field of study. Most non-business-related majors require this examination.

At ASC, we also offer a Supplementary Math Review course that is designed especially for students who need extra help in reviewing the math skills needed on the GRE. You will be confident and competent in basic arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and word problems with specific skill applications for actual GRE questions.
Verbal Sections
2 sections of 38 questions each, 200 - 800 points score scale, in 10-point increments
Measures your ability to analyze and evaluate written material and synthesize information obtained from it, your ability to analyze relationships among component parts of sentences, and your ability to recognize relationships between words and concepts.
Quantitative Sections
Two sections of 30 questions each, 200 - 800 points score scale, in 10-point increments
Tests your basic mathematical skills and your understanding of elementary mathematical concepts, as well as your ability to reason quantitatively and solve problems in a quantitative setting.
Analytical Sections
2 sections of 25 questions each, 0-6 score scale, in half-point increments
portion tests your ability to understand structured sets of relationships, deduce new information from sets of relationships, analyze and evaluate arguments, identify central issues and hypotheses, draw sound inferences, and identify plausible causal explanations.
